Sensirion expands its 4th generation humidity sensing series with the digital SHT4xI sensor platform which has been specifically designed for challenging industrial applications. The series offers 5V supply voltage, the best robustness and increased ESD protection. 

The SHT4xI is based on Sensirion’s proven CMOSens® Technology, which ensures the highest reliability. The sensor enables seamless integration with its wide operating voltage range, small size and robust housing. Based on its features and Sensirion’s advanced expertise in humidity sensing, the SHT4xI is the perfect fit for measurements under rough conditions in industrial applications. The integrated SHT40I PTFE membrane provides additional protection, from particles, and enables sensor operation in harsh conditions.
