The SFM3505-70-CO2 features a completely re-engineered architecture and delivers best-in-class performance, offering ultra-low noise and high accuracy in a compact form factor. Its on-chip temperature compensation ensures precise measurements under varying conditions. The sensor’s minimal pressure drop across its full dynamic range maximises flexibility during integration into complex systems. The sensor offers a large CO2 flow range to enable fast CO2 gas delivery in applications such as insufflators and robotic surgery.
The SFM3505 is based on Sensirion’s latest 5th-generation CMOSens® Technology, which integrates the sensor element and advanced signal processing on a single microchip. This provides a fast, stable, and fully calibrated digital output via a standard I²C interface, ensuring long-term reliability and robust operation over the entire lifetime of the sensor.
