They took part in the globally recognized employee survey conducted by Great Place To Work® and rated Sensirion as an outstanding workplace, which is reflected in a Trust Index of 95%. This trust extends beyond Switzerland and makes us one of the best employers in the whole of Europe.
Ranking reflects trust. This ranking illustrates how employee perceptions impact trust in their employer and the corporate culture. More than 2.6 million European workers rated their respective workplaces. The award assesses respect, recognition, credibility, transparency and collaboration – all key components of a trustworthy, safe and healthy corporate culture. Sensirion was particularly highly rated for its unique corporate culture, which is based on the values of “togetherness,” “top performance” and “fairness and honesty”, its products and services for a sustainable future, and its open and transparent communication policy.
Of the more than 3,350 companies that took part, 150 were named “Best Workplaces” in Europe this year, with Sensirion ranked 7th overall.
