What makes kununu's seal of approval so meaningful, is the fact that the award is given solely by employees. In short, if a company is rated well, it receives an award.

The following criteria must be met for a company to receive this award: - At least six employee evaluations. - A kununu score of at least 3.8 as an overall and as an employee score. - An average employee score over the past 12 months of at least 3.8. - At least one new employee rating in the past twelve months.

With a kununu score of 4.2 and numerous evaluations and feedback from our employees, we have met or even surpassed all criteria for the Top Company 2022 award.
