Sensirion attaches great importance to first-class training and treats apprentices as full-fledged employees. We have over 20 apprentices and offer nine different apprenticeships. Great Place to Work® also rated the fact that we actively promote the personal and professional development of our apprentices and give them the opportunity to take on responsibility and make decisions together with us. Our working environment is characterized by appreciation and strong cohesion between the apprentices. We regularly organize events to strengthen team spirit. Our apprentices are supervised by top employees who provide them with valuable knowledge and experience.
In an anonymous survey, 100% of our apprentices said: “All in all, I can say that this is a very good place to work.”
The positive feedback from our apprentices confirms our approach and motivates us to continue doing everything we can to ensure that they receive first-class training.
