We are reducing Scope 1 and 2 emissions through energy-efficient infrastructure, gas abatement, and 100% renewable electricity at all major sites. Since 2025, we are investing in carbon removal projects and decarbonization technologies to compensate for all currently hard-to-abate residual emissions arising from the use of process gases (mainly SF6) in our production facilities.

A central focus was the transition away from fossil-based heating at our headquarters in Stäfa. For the new production building, we are now planning a geothermal-based heating solution that will allow us to cover our thermal energy needs sustainably.
