Career opportunities
From day one, we do everything we can to make sure you feel happy with us and make the most of your abilities and talents in new projects. During your introductory phase, you'll go through a special program with more than 30 instructional units. You'll get to know Sensirion, all of the relevant departments and all important functions at the company. And your direct superior will assist you as a coach.
You will talk with your superiors about your agreed objectives and achievement of targets twice a year. In these discussions, you will also have the opportunity to talk about your general impressions, ideas and personal wellbeing. Based on these discussions, your superior will develop a personal advancement program for you and suggest possible career steps together with the HR department.
Knowledge is good; sharing knowledge is better. Weekly talks with your superior and regular team meetings ensure a good flow of information. And in our bi-monthly "Sensirion Meetings", the management keeps all employees abreast of where we stand, what we're working on and where we're headed.
Depending on their experience and personal preferences, our employees can develop as specialists or as management personnel. Our Talent Management program helps us identify strengths and weaknesses and derive concrete support measures from them. And it does so successfully: Every year more than a dozen employees take on a new function with career advancemend and just as many employees take on a new function in their technical field.
Our Talent Management program includes training courses, internal and external education programs, and stints abroad at our branches in Asia and North America. In our in-house "Sensirion Academy", knowledge is shared, deepened and consolidated in over 50 courses and workshops. Topics include organization, corporate culture, and leadership.
